Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to customers within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfilment location using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx Ground.

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout, if applicable
Express Shipping: Available at checkout, if applicable

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any available free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect shipping information. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery only for unused, unopened products in original packaging. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal care products cannot be returned. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wisestbuy.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wisestbuy.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation confirmation and return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Restocking fees 

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
